2.21 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello pals! Blissful Friday! What do you could have happening this weekend? It’s Rodeo Break (it’s an AZ factor and I adore it), so the children are off college. We’re simply having fun with some Tucson adventures, enjoyable with pals, and having fun with this spring-like climate. Sending some sunshine to my freezing pals proper now!

I’m doing a spherical of the EquiLife detox right now and feeling superb. I used to be planning on beginning with our group in January, however everybody else in the home received sick with a chilly/virus, so I finished after in the future.
